Our fees are borne by the seller, unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate. Our fees include VAT, at the current rate of 20%. Fees borne by the seller: our fees are calculated on the listing price of the property. Fees borne by the buyer: our fees are calculated on the price received by the seller.
