In 2019, Caprini & Pellerin won the prestigious restoration project, an ambitious endeavor aimed at reviving this iconic place. Far from being a simple renovation, the architects embarked on a deep reflection on the dialogue between heritage and modernity. Their goal: to breathe new life into the soul of Palm Beach while integrating it into the current landscape of Cannes, a cosmopolitan and cultural city.

A Symbol of Cannes’ history

Located at the tip of La Croisette, Palm Beach offers a spectacular view of the Bay of Cannes, the Lérins Islands, and Cap d'Antibes. For decades, it has been the setting for lavish galas and prestigious events. Immortalized in the 1963 film "Any Number Can Win" with Jean Gabin and Alain Delon, this architectural gem has hosted icons such as Grace Kelly, Picasso, and the Kennedys.
