Enjoying a breathtaking view over the sea and the mythical Lerins Islands, the Palm Beach is ready to undergo a major transformation: the first stone of the project was laid in January 2021, and it is the firm Caprini & Pellerin Architects, supported by "Cannes Balnéaire" and the Madar Group, which will carry out this ambitious modernization project.

In 2023, Cannes will get back to one of its legendary places, offering very high standard services over more than 23,000 m2: shopping mall, conference and event hall, restaurants, swimming pool, beach, all within a modernized structure that will blend in perfectly with its surroundings.

Sought-after area in Cannes, Le Palm Beach is located at the end of the Croisette until the beaches of Mouré Rouge.

A few steps from the seafront, amenities and downtown shops, this district is today less exposed to the glitter of Cannes, more peaceful and more family-friendly.

The Palm Beach real estate market is mainly made up of apartments, and only a privileged few still own a villa there. Requests from potential buyers relate more specifically to properties with a sea view.
