In the context of expanding the sales team associated with the agency located in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, we are currently seeking prospective Residential Real Estate Consultants (M/F).
Reporting to the Agency Director and within a close-knit team, your primary responsibilities include:
Sourcing/detection/prospecting of residential properties for sale, valuation;
Drafting and signing sales mandates;
Gathering all necessary information for the preparation of a sales mandate;
Qualitative management of client prospect purchaser information: project qualification, follow-up proximity;
Commercial negotiation, monitoring of the sales process with all relevant stakeholders (notaries, experts, architects, etc.);
Development of your portfolio of client prospects, sellers, and buyers, combined with the local, national, and international reputation of Sotheby's;
Representation of the Sotheby's International Realty network in all your daily activities;
Weekly participation in team meetings (exchange of best practices, reporting, experience sharing); however, you benefit from significant autonomy in managing your schedule.
Profile sought:
Successful professional experience in the commercial field, ideally in real estate; however, we are willing to train and share our experience and expertise with you!

Knowledge of the geographical area is required,
